Purchase, Refund & Credit Terms

UncensoredArt.ai uses a credit-based system for certain AI generation and processing features.

Credits may be consumed when using features such as:

• image generation;
• video generation;
• image editing;
• video editing;
• audio generation;
• voice generation;
• voice cloning;
• face-related tools;
• 3D generation;
• enhancement tools; and
• other AI-powered functions.

The number of credits required depends on the feature and may vary between models.

Different models and operations may have different credit costs.

Credit consumption may depend on factors including:

• model selected;
• output resolution;
• generation quality;
• video duration;
• processing requirements;
• number of outputs;
• computing requirements; and
• feature selected.

The applicable credit requirement should normally be displayed through the Service or purchase interface.

We may modify credit requirements for future generations.

Changes will not retroactively remove credits already consumed for completed transactions.

Credits may be valid only for the period associated with the applicable purchased package.

Unused credits expire at the end of the applicable validity period unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

Expired credits:

• cannot normally be restored;
• cannot be exchanged for cash; and
• cannot be transferred to another account.

Users are responsible for using credits before their applicable expiration date.

Credits belong to the account to which they were issued.

Credits may not be:

• transferred to another user;
• sold;
• resold;
• traded;
• exchanged between accounts; or
• redeemed for cash.

We may make exceptions where required by law or where we expressly authorize a transfer.

Credits are a limited digital entitlement for using eligible features of the Service.

Credits:

• are not legal tender;
• are not cryptocurrency;
• are not a stored-value account;
• do not represent ownership in UncensoredArt.ai; and
• have no cash value except to the extent a refund is expressly permitted under these Purchase Terms or required by law.

If a qualifying generation fails because of a technical problem attributable to the Service and no usable generation is successfully produced, the credits charged for that generation may be automatically restored.

Examples may include:

• qualifying server errors;
• generation infrastructure failures;
• qualifying provider failures; or
• other technical failures recognized by our system.

Credit refunds generally return credits to your UncensoredArt.ai account rather than issuing money to the original payment method.

Credits may not be restored when:

• the generation completed successfully;
• an output was delivered;
• a request violated our Terms of Service;
• the request involved prohibited content;
• the uploaded file was invalid or unsupported;
• the failure was caused by user input or configuration;
• the user intentionally cancelled processing after computing resources were consumed; or
• circumstances outside the Service caused the issue.

If credits were deducted for a failed generation and were not automatically returned, contact:

You may request a monetary refund within 24 hours of your purchase if:

• the refund request is submitted within 24 hours of payment; and
• none or only a minimal portion of the purchased credits has been consumed.

Refund requests submitted after 24 hours will generally not qualify for a voluntary refund unless required by applicable law.

A purchase is intended to provide access to computing resources and digital services.

If a substantial portion of the purchased credits has already been consumed, the purchase generally becomes non-refundable.

We may review:

• the amount of credits purchased;
• the amount consumed;
• generations performed;
• processing resources used;
• date and time of purchase;
• date and time of the refund request;
• previous refunds; and
• evidence of abuse or fraud

when determining eligibility.

Use of only a very small number of credits does not automatically disqualify a request, and we may evaluate reasonable cases individually.

Include sufficient information for us to locate the transaction, such as:

• your account email;
• approximate purchase date;
• purchased package; and
• reason for the request.

Do not send full payment-card information by email.

Approved monetary refunds will generally be returned using the original payment method where possible.

Processing times may depend on payment networks, financial institutions, and payment-service providers.

We are not responsible for processing delays caused solely by your bank, card issuer, or external payment provider.

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same transaction or believe a billing error occurred, contact:

We will review reasonable billing-error reports.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, we encourage you to contact us before initiating a payment dispute so we can investigate the transaction.

Fraudulent chargebacks, repeated abusive disputes, or attempts to receive both consumed services and a payment reversal may result in:

• account restriction;
• account suspension;
• account termination; or
• other action permitted by law.

Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising legitimate rights available through your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or applicable consumer-protection law.

Prices shown on the Service may change.

Changes to pricing apply prospectively and do not alter completed purchases unless correcting an obvious error or as otherwise permitted by law.

Applicable taxes, fees, or charges may be added where required.

We may occasionally provide:

• free credits;
• promotional credits;
• discount codes;
• trials;
• bonus credits; or
• promotional offers.

Promotional credits may:

• have separate expiration dates;
• be subject to specific eligibility conditions;
• be non-refundable;
• have no cash value; and
• be withdrawn in cases of fraud or abuse.

Promotional offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

We may cancel credits, promotional benefits, or transactions obtained through:

• fraud;
• payment abuse;
• automated account creation;
• exploitation of technical errors;
• duplicate-account abuse;
• unauthorized payment methods; or
• other manipulation of the Service.

Serious abuse may result in account termination.

AI models and computing costs change over time.

Accordingly, UncensoredArt.ai may:

• add models;
• remove models;
• replace models;
• change generation credit costs;
• modify features; or
• change technical capabilities.

Purchasing credits does not guarantee permanent availability of a particular AI model or feature.

These Purchase Terms do not limit refund, cancellation, warranty, or other rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.

Where mandatory law conflicts with these Purchase Terms, the mandatory law controls to the extent required.

We may update these Purchase Terms from time to time.

The most recent version will be posted on UncensoredArt.ai with the updated effective or revision date.

Changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law permits or requires otherwise.
