• face swap;
• voice generation;
• voice cloning;
• music or audio generation;
• image enhancement;
• background editing;
• 3D generation;
• animation;
• and other AI-powered tools.

Some AI models are hosted or operated by us.

Other models or features may rely on third-party APIs, infrastructure providers, AI model providers, or technology partners.

We may add, remove, modify, replace, restrict, or discontinue models or features at any time.

Some parts of the Service may require an account.

You agree to provide accurate and current information when registering.

You are responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials;
• all activity conducted through your account;
• preventing unauthorized access;
• keeping your account information accurate; and
• notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may not sell, rent, transfer, or share your account with another person without our permission.

"User Content" means anything you upload, submit, enter, provide, transmit, or otherwise make available through the Service.

You are solely responsible for all content you upload and for your use of generated outputs.

By uploading or using content through UncensoredArt.ai, you represent that you have the legal right to use that content.

You must not upload or process content that unlawfully violates another person's:

• copyright;
• trademark;
• privacy rights;
• publicity rights;
• image rights;
• voice rights;
• contractual rights;
• or other legal rights.

Some UncensoredArt.ai features may allow you to process another person's face, photograph, likeness, video, or voice.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have all necessary permission, authorization, consent, or other lawful basis before uploading or processing such material.

You may not use the Service to create or distribute:

• non-consensual intimate imagery;
• unauthorized sexual deepfakes;
• fraudulent impersonations;
• deceptive content intended to harm another person;
• unlawful voice impersonation;
• harassment;
• blackmail;
• extortion;
• or other unlawful content involving a person's identity or likeness.

The availability of a feature does not mean that every possible use of that feature is permitted.

UncensoredArt.ai may allow certain mature, adult-oriented, artistic, fictional, or suggestive content where permitted by applicable law.

However, mature content is subject to strict restrictions.

The following content is prohibited:

• sexual content involving anyone under 18;
• sexualization of minors;
• child sexual abuse material;
• generated or fictional child sexual exploitation content;
• non-consensual sexual imagery;
• sexual deepfakes involving identifiable persons without consent;
• sexual exploitation;
• trafficking-related sexual content;
• unlawful pornography;
• or sexual content that violates applicable law.

These restrictions apply regardless of whether the content is real, fictional, AI-generated, edited, or manipulated.

You must not use UncensoredArt.ai for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.

Prohibited activity includes:

• child exploitation;
• sexual content involving minors;
• non-consensual sexual content;
• illegal pornography;
• harassment;
• stalking;
• threats;
• blackmail;
• extortion;
• doxxing;
• fraud;
• scams;
• phishing;
• identity theft;
• malicious impersonation;
• copyright infringement;
• trademark infringement;
• unlawful use of someone's likeness or voice;
• terrorism or terrorist recruitment;
• unlawful extremist activity;
• illegal goods or services;
• unlawful weapons transactions;
• unlawful drug trafficking;
• malicious deepfakes;
• deceptive media intended to defraud or seriously harm others;
• attempts to attack or disrupt the Service;
• security bypassing;
• unauthorized scraping;
• reverse engineering where prohibited;
• automated abuse of the Service;
• exploiting technical vulnerabilities;
• circumventing generation restrictions;
• and any conduct that violates applicable law.

We may determine, in our reasonable discretion, whether content or activity violates these Terms.

Content produced through the Service is referred to as "Generated Content" or "Output."

Subject to these Terms, you may use Generated Content for personal or commercial purposes.

As between you and UncensoredArt.ai, to the extent we have rights in Generated Content created specifically for you, we grant or assign those rights to you to the maximum extent permitted by law.

However, your use of Generated Content remains subject to:

• applicable law;
• third-party intellectual property rights;
• privacy rights;
• publicity rights;
• rights relating to faces, voices, and likenesses;
• restrictions associated with source material;
• and applicable third-party model terms.

You are responsible for determining whether your intended use is lawful.

Users may use eligible Generated Content commercially, including for business, advertising, creative projects, digital products, marketing, websites, applications, or other lawful purposes.

Commercial-use rights do not permit you to infringe the rights of third parties.

You remain responsible for any claims arising from the content you upload or the way you use generated outputs.

We do not use your private:

• prompts;
• uploads;
• generated images;
• generated videos;
• audio;
• voice samples;
• face images;
• or other private generated content

to train or improve our AI models.

We also do not place private customer-generated content into a public gallery, showcase, advertisement, or promotional campaign without permission.

If we want to feature your content publicly, we will request your approval.

By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited license to process that content only as reasonably necessary to:

• provide the requested service;
• generate outputs;
• store generation history;
• maintain the Service;
• provide support;
• prevent fraud;
• investigate abuse;
• maintain security;
• comply with law;
• and enforce these Terms.

This license does not give us the right to use your private content for AI model training.

Uploaded content, prompts, generated images, generated videos, uploaded audio, voice samples, face images, and similar media may generally be retained for up to 30 days.

After approximately 30 days, such content is scheduled for deletion from active systems.

Certain data may remain longer where reasonably necessary for:

• backups;
• security;
• fraud prevention;
• legal obligations;
• enforcement;
• dispute resolution;
• or technical recovery.

Users may also request earlier account or data deletion where applicable.

Certain features require credits.

Credit usage may vary depending on:

• model selected;
• image resolution;
• video duration;
• output quality;
• generation complexity;
• computing requirements;
• number of outputs;
• or feature type.

We may change credit requirements for future uses of the Service.

Credits:

• have no monetary value;
• are not currency;
• cannot be transferred;
• cannot be exchanged for cash;
• may expire;
• and may only be used within the Service.

Unused credits may expire at the end of the validity period associated with the applicable credit package.

Once credits expire, they generally cannot be restored.

You are responsible for using your credits before their expiration date.

If a generation fails because of a qualifying technical failure and no usable output is generated, the applicable credits may be automatically returned to your account.

Credit restoration may not apply if:

• the generation succeeded;
• an output was produced;
• the request violated these Terms;
• the request contained prohibited content;
• an unsupported or invalid input was submitted;
• the failure resulted from user error;
• or computing resources were successfully used before cancellation.

If qualifying credits are not automatically restored, you may contact support.

You may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase if:

• the request is submitted within 24 hours; and
• no credits or only a minimal number of credits have been used.

Refunds may be denied where a significant portion of purchased credits has already been consumed.

Refund eligibility may be determined based on:

• amount purchased;
• credits used;
• generation history;
• time since purchase;
• refund history;
• fraud indicators;
• and other relevant circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory refund rights provided by applicable law.

UncensoredArt.ai may rely on third-party:

• AI models;
• APIs;
• hosting providers;
• cloud infrastructure;
• payment systems;
• databases;
• authentication providers;
• analytics providers;
• or other technology services.

Third-party models may change their:

• functionality;
• restrictions;
• availability;
• pricing;
• safety systems;
• processing speed;
• output characteristics;
• or terms.

We do not guarantee permanent availability of any particular third-party model.

We try to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee that UncensoredArt.ai will always be:

• available;
• uninterrupted;
• error-free;
• secure;
• fast;
• or compatible with every device or browser.

Temporary outages or limitations may occur because of:

• maintenance;
• server issues;
• infrastructure failures;
• third-party provider failures;
• model capacity;
• network problems;
• updates;
• or other technical circumstances.

We may modify, add, remove, restrict, replace, or discontinue:

• AI models;
• features;
• user interface elements;
• pricing;
• credit costs;
• storage periods;
• technical functionality;
• or parts of the Service.

We are not obligated to maintain any particular AI model or feature indefinitely.

We may restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate an account if we reasonably believe that:

• these Terms were violated;
• prohibited content was created;
• illegal activity occurred;
• fraud occurred;
• payment abuse occurred;
• chargeback abuse occurred;
• another person's rights were violated;
• the account creates a safety or security risk;
• or termination is necessary to comply with law.

Severe violations may result in immediate termination without prior warning.

Users may request deletion of their account and associated personal information.

Certain information may be retained where legally permitted or required for:

• financial records;
• fraud prevention;
• security;
• disputes;
• legal compliance;

The UncensoredArt.ai website and its underlying systems may include intellectual property owned by or licensed to us.

• software;
• source code;
• interfaces;
• logos;
• branding;
• databases;
• documentation;
• graphics;
• and proprietary technology.

Except where expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or exploit our proprietary Service.

If you voluntarily provide feedback, suggestions, ideas, recommendations, or feature requests, we may use that feedback for business and product-development purposes without compensation.

This does not grant us rights to use your private generated content for AI training.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UncensoredArt.ai is provided on an:

"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

We make no guarantee that:

• the Service will always be available;
• every generation will succeed;
• results will meet your expectations;
• every model will remain available;
• or the Service will operate without technical errors.

To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UncensoredArt.ai and its operators, contractors, service providers, affiliates, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.

This includes loss of:

• profits;
• revenue;
• business opportunities;
• data;
• reputation;
• or goodwill.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Service will not exceed the total amount you paid to UncensoredArt.ai during the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

This limitation does not apply where applicable law prohibits such limitation.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless UncensoredArt.ai, its operators, service providers, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, losses, and reasonable legal expenses resulting from:

• your User Content;
• your use of Generated Content;
• your violation of these Terms;
• your violation of applicable law;
• your infringement of another person's rights;
• unauthorized use of another person's image;
• unauthorized use of another person's likeness;
• unauthorized use of another person's voice;
• or other unlawful use of the Service.

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy describes how we collect, process, store, protect, and handle personal information.

By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Purchases and credits are also governed by our Purchase, Refund & Credit Terms.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and specific Purchase Terms regarding a payment, refund, or credit matter, the specific Purchase Terms will control for that matter.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

This provision does not remove any mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you under applicable law.

Before starting formal legal proceedings, you agree to make a reasonable attempt to resolve a dispute by contacting us at:

We will attempt to resolve reasonable disputes informally.

Any legal proceeding that is permitted under applicable law will be subject to the governing-law provisions of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time because of:

• changes to the Service;
• new features;
• changes in technology;

• or business changes.

The updated version will be posted on UncensoredArt.ai with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Where required by law, additional notice may be provided.

Continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
